Terms and Conditions

• Company, we, us, our: Topgrep Technologies Pvt Ltd, incorporated in India, operating as Quant0.
• Platform: the Quant0 website, web application, APIs, GitHub Marketplace app, and all associated services at quant0.io.
• User, you: any individual or organisation that registers for or uses the platform.
• Subscriber: a user on a paid plan.
• Scan data: metadata, findings, and CBOM reports generated by Qtrace from scanning a repository.

The platform is available to business professionals aged 18 and above. By registering, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and are authorised to enter into this agreement on behalf of yourself or your organisation. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that do not meet these requirements.

You must register with a valid email address and create a password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@topgrep.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

You may not register using false information, create multiple accounts for fraudulent purposes, or transfer your account to another person without our written consent.

Quant0 provides a post-quantum cryptography identity and compliance platform comprising the following components.

• Qtrace: a cryptographic bill of materials scanner that identifies quantum-vulnerable algorithms in your codebase, scores them by severity, and maps findings to remediation paths. Source code is never transmitted to or stored by Quant0.
• Q0-SDK: a software development kit that wraps existing authentication flows and issues ML-DSA-65 signed tokens via the Quant0 token engine.
• Q0-Agent: a server-side agent that handles token validation and verification for high-volume authentication requests.
• Compliance dashboard: a reporting interface showing cryptographic risk posture, scan history, and audit-ready documentation.
• Key Management Service (KMS): an HSM-backed key management service available in SaaS or on-premise configuration.

You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You must not:

• Use the platform to scan repositories you do not own or have explicit authorisation to scan.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract proprietary components of the platform.
• Use the platform to facilitate any illegal activity or to violate the rights of any third party.
• Introduce malicious code, conduct denial of service attacks, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform or its infrastructure.
• Resell or sub-license access to the platform without our written consent.
• Use automated scripts to create accounts or generate excessive API traffic beyond your plan limits.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these requirements without prior notice.

All intellectual property in the Quant0 platform, including Qtrace, Q0-SDK, Q0-Agent, the risk scoring models, compliance frameworks, and associated documentation, is owned by Topgrep Technologies Pvt Ltd. Nothing in these terms transfers any ownership of our intellectual property to you.

You retain full ownership of your source code, repositories, and any data you submit for scanning. By using the platform, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to process your scan metadata solely to deliver the service to you. We do not claim any rights over your code.

Scan findings, CBOM reports, and compliance certificates generated by the platform from your repositories are your property and may be used for your internal compliance and audit purposes.

Our collection and use of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms. By using the platform, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

Qtrace does not transmit, store, or share your source code. Only scan metadata and findings leave your environment. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to scan any repository you connect to the platform.

Free tier access is available for up to 1 repository with no time limit. Paid plans are billed annually in advance as described on the pricing page at quant0.io/pricing. Prices are in Indian Rupees unless otherwise stated.

Payments are processed by Razorpay. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your nominated payment method at the start of each billing period. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 7 days before the renewal date.

We do not offer refunds for partial periods. If you cancel a paid plan, access continues until the end of the current billing period. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to active subscribers.

We aim to maintain platform availability at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible. We are not liable for losses arising from service interruptions outside our reasonable control, including network outages, cloud infrastructure failures, or force majeure events.

The platform is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We make no warranty that the platform will be error-free, that scan results will be complete or accurate in every case, or that compliance certificates will satisfy the requirements of any particular regulator or auditor. Qtrace is a tool to assist your compliance process, not a substitute for qualified legal or cryptographic advice.

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, Topgrep Technologies Pvt Ltd is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including data loss, business interruption, or regulatory penalties.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or your use of the platform is limited to the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Topgrep Technologies Pvt Ltd, its directors, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the platform, your violation of these terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

You may close your account at any time by contacting support@topgrep.com. We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you breach these terms, fail to pay amounts due, or if we are required to do so by law.

On termination, your right to access the platform ceases immediately. We will delete your personal data within 30 days as described in the Privacy Policy, subject to our legal retention obligations.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from or relating to these terms or your use of the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

We will attempt to resolve disputes amicably before either party initiates formal proceedings. Please contact resolutions@topgrep.com in the first instance.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email to registered users at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. The current version is always available at quant0.io/terms.
